We begin the treatment that is appropriate for your situation. Your approach can be adapted as your situation evolves.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARDS?
At the end of your first session, you'll have a clear idea of how we can work together and what next steps may be appropriate for you. You can then decide how you'd like to continue.
Final confirmation of your session will be sent by email. Together with your final appointment confirmation, you will receive a short questionnaire to complete before your first session. Your answers will help me understand your situation before we meet and make the most of your first session.
