What does the first session include?
The first session lasts 90 minutes and includes an assessment from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective and an initial treatment. At the end, we'll discuss what next steps may be appropriate for you.
Are all modalities included in treatment plans?
The session plans include the different Chinese Medicine approaches that may form part of your treatment. The approaches used depend on your situation and how your treatment develops.
Why do plans expire?
Each plan has a defined period to provide continuity between sessions. Plans are non-transferable and, once purchased, are non-refundable.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The published prices include applicable VAT. Sessions and plans are charged at the prices shown. Chinese herbal medicine purchased separately is available from €25.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by cash, card, Bizum, Revolut or Wise. Session plans are paid for in advance. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Which plan is right for me?
You don't need to decide before your first visit. The initial session allows us to understand your situation and discuss the different options for continuing. If you decide to continue, we can choose the frequency and number of sessions that best suit you.
